A pioneer in heavy industries in Lebanon and the MENA region, Demco's relatively new ventures into the real estate world called for a website that would showcase its high-end projects, and set the subsidiary, Demco Properties, visually apart from the holding's online presence. A modern and simple style was developed for that end. The website's graphic elements are kept simple and unobstructive, in service of the clean identity and the large properties images. The white background and black typography is accented with small details in the logo's red.
